DEUS K. BYAMUGISHA
Deus K. Byamugisha is the Managing Partner of the firm. He has extensive experience in legal practice spanning over 30 years. He served in government representing the government in high profile cases and arbitrations worldwide.

He has represented the Government as Legal advisor negotiating Agreements and or Treaties with international organizations like World Bank, IMF, IFC, UN among many others.

He served in several positions while in government, starting as a state attorney in september 1974 and retired at the rank of Director Civil Litigation in may 2009.

He holds a bachelors degree in Law (LLB) from Makerere University, a diploma in Legal Practice from Law Development Centre (LDC), among many other qualifications.

He is an enrolled advocate/solicitor in the courts of judicature of Uganda.

He is a member of Uganda Law Society, East African Law society, International Bar Association, Commonwealth Lawyers Association.

ANNET MBABAZI
Annet Mbabazi holds a Bachelors degree (LLB) from Uganda Christian University Mukono and a diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre. She Previously had placement at Katende, Ssempebwa & Co Associates. She works with the corporate department of the firm.

She specialise in corporate and commercial law with emphasis on formation of various legal entities, securitization, land transaction, corporate restructuring and carrying out legal due deligencies.

Annet also handles Non Governmental organization registrations, renewals and advises various charitable organizations and trusts.

She is a member of the Uganda Law Society. She was the Vice President of the Uganda Christian University Law society from 2001 - 2002.

ALLEN NINYE
Allen Ninye handles office Administration,all paper work at the firm. She holds a degree in Public Relations from Nkozi University.
