The firm renders services relating to registration of patents, designs, trademarks and copyrights. The firm has also handles, peruses and negotiates intellectual property agreements including licenses, franchises, assignments, joint-ownership agreements and royalty fee agreements.

The Firm further negotiates property rights agreements, handles trademark and patent application procedures, declarations of use and renewal.

The Firm handles protection of these trademarks, patents, designs, copyrights and layout designs. The Firm also enforces intellectual property rights in matters involving trademark violations, licensing and exploitation in Uganda.
